For the transpose parameter you can pass:
* 0 = 90CounterCLockwise and Vertical Flip (default)
* 1 = 90Clockwise
* 2 = 90CounterClockwise
* 3 = 90Clockwise and Vertical Flip

To get volume level of the media file in command line I use:
**LINUX**
ffmpeg -i audo.mp3 -af "volumedetect" -f null /dev/null
**WINDOWS**
ffmpeg -i audo.mp3 -af "volumedetect" -f null NUL
To normalize
ffmpeg -i input.mp3 -af "volume=5dB" output.mp3
Normalize inside a video file
ffmpeg -i video.avi -af "volume=5dB" -c:v copy -c:a libmp3lame -q:a 2 output.avi
